Once we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange the setup/migration of your website. As part of this, we will require access to all of your website files, your website’s database, as well as your domain control panel so we can complete the transition.
Once your website has been setup on our server, you will be asked to thoroughly test your website cross-browser and cross-device and once approved, we will put your site live using the domain information provided previously.
Post-launch, your website will be continuously supported by our team who will be on hand to assist you with any issues, updates and requests you have throughout the entirety of your plan.
